Farewell Hannah

Room 22 ended term 3 by saying farewell to the wonderful, happy, friendly and much liked member of the class, Hannah.

The class organised a farewell party with food and Hannah chose a DVD to watch.

On Wednesday 25 of September I went down to NETBALL prize giving. My team was the third team to come up so when it was our turn I was really disappointed that I didn’t get the best player of the year award. After all the other teams had been awarded it was time for future fern player of the year. See I thought it was going to be my friend Alex but when she called Nina I had a humongous shock I felt so proud of myself.

Strike performance by Xavier

Yesterday my class and I went to STRIKE. There are 3 guys who play loud drums and instruments. After morning t I went to the hall for a work shop learning how to do drumming. I learnt to do the rumble. It is when you hit the drums up and down slow and fast. We learnt how to do different kinds of drumming as well.

2 of our teachers played with them. They were great. they had a drumming competition.

Gym Fun ends by Hannah Mc

We have just finished gym fun. It was really fun. One of the best activities was the long roll, the dog with the sore leg, the gorilla and the ropes. I learnt it is important to not land on your head, neck and sometimes back. I learnt how to land safely. I learnt how to do safe forward rolls.
