Week 2 of the term has been a busy one with swimming, fitness, whanau, library, kapa haka, portraits, handwriting, place value, writing and the odd test to see where we are at and next steps for learning.
Homework has gone home with the students today. They have between 6-10 words as well as a maths homework number task. I know you and your children are busy with after school clubs and practises so the notebook is not needed back until next Friday. Please try to fit this in when you can. They have a week to practise spelling as well as maths. On Friday we will test spelling words, discuss the maths they completed then rewrite new spelling words and maths for next week. Any spelling mistakes will be for learning again next week.
